Satisfaction & Refund Policy

At Unblind Gekocht, we are committed to providing honest, practical advice and delivering our services within the timeframe promised.

Because our services are based on time, expertise, and personalised recommendations, refunds are generally not available once a service has been delivered.

However, we believe in being fair. If we fail to deliver the service as described—for example:

  • We do not provide your House Review within the promised timeframe (e.g. 48 hours).

  • We are unable to schedule or respond to an Emergency Call within the agreed response time.

  • We do not deliver the service you purchased.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or we may offer to complete the service as soon as possible, depending on the situation.

If you are unhappy with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will always do our best to find a fair solution.

Please note that our advice, renovation estimates, and design concepts are based on personal experience and professional judgment.

 

They are intended to help you make informed decisions and should not be considered official architectural, engineering, or legal advice. Differences in renovation costs, contractor quotes, and project outcomes do not qualify for a refund.
